After another quick score by the Wildcats, Ahmante Davis returned a kickoff for 83 yards to make the score 28-20 heading into the half.

To open up the second half the defense held true as Tyler Pruitt picked off Sulphur Springs for the second take-a-way of the day for the defense. The next possession for the Jackrabbits ended with a punt that was fumbled and returned for a Sulphur Springs touchdown. After the defense forced the Wildcats into punting situation, Malachi Eafon would increase the Jackrabbit lead with a 58 yard touchdown run. He would later add another 5 yard touchdown.
