In what was supposed to be a nail biter, turned out to be the Malachi Eafon show. After an early score by the Falcons due to a blocked punt and short field, Eafon retuned a kickoff 89 yards to even the score at 7-7. A few plays later, doing what they do best, the defense recovered a fumble that was force by Tyler Pruitt. Eafon again, showed off his amazing speed as he scampered down the sideline for 62 yards.
On the Jackrabbits next possession Kyle Bricker was able to connect to Ronnie Harrison Jr. for an 85 yard touchdown to increase the lead to 21-7. The Falcons managed to score a second time before Eafon could visit the endzone again for a 1 yard touchdown to end the half 28-14. The third quarter was relatively quite until Daniel Sanchez forced a fumble giving the defense their second take-a-way of the evening. Led by Offensive linemen Blane Duplissey, Kaleb Edmonson, Louis Cannon, Noah Walker and Hayden Mixon, Eafon was able to run at will again from 60 yards for the final a score of 42-14. Kicker Alex Chukwukelu was a perfect 7-7 on Point After Touchdowns (PAT) on the night. William Wimberly, Chayse Smith, Jase Mayhall, Trevor Vike, Mason Gholson and the rest of the defense proved the be a unit of solidarity as they held North Forney scoreless the second half. In the end, The North Forney Falcons proved to be no match for the stalwart Jackrabbits.
